We can help write that story by setting goals. New years can be very confusing as amidst all the happiness and chaos humans also want to forget the negativity and lead towards the light which means we tend to leave behind a lot in the past. Specifically the baggage of the past or the unaccomplished goals and aspirations. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And how can we forget the resolutions we take every year but are unable to attain them. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Are you also one of those who take up resolutions and do not follow them?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Welcome to the Gang!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>But, I have some really cool ways to stay at it and follow the resolutions that you have taken up.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>One Thing at a Time<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take up a single resolution at a time and do not commit things that you can\u2019t accomplish. Taking up resolutions is easy but being able to run at it is difficult. Therefore, it is best not to challenge your abilities and focus on the single resolution that you\u2019ve taken up. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nobody will judge you. It should also be near your desk at the office. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Using inspiration will remind you of the resolutions that you had taken up and will help you in staying at it.<\/p>\n<p>Resolutions can really be helpful only if people take up meaningful decisions.
